Increase Your Self-Esteem
We are born with the ability to make ourselves heard, convey our desires and persuade others to meet our needs. It is our life experiences that diminish our self-worth and chip away at our confidence. This destructive learned behaviour can be UN-learned.
This is a two-stage process. The first is to identify the root cause of your loss of faith in yourself. The second is to change your mind about what this led you to believe about yourself.
Here at our centre we usually complete this process with individuals in the course of just one 90-minute session. This can either be arranged as an appointment with Chris or Jan Attkins, or be included in one of our Complementary Breaks.
