Self Worth/Self Confidence
Otherwise referred to as Self-Esteem.
We help more people in this area than any other.
Low self-esteem shows up in a number of different ways:- Shyness
- Blushing
- Embarrassment
- Being bullied or exploited
- Feeling small or hiding
Increase Your Self-Confidence
We are born with the ability to make ourselves heard, convey our desires and persuade others to meet our needs. It is our life experiences that diminish our self-worth and chip away at our confidence. This destructive learned behaviour can be UN-learned.
This is a two-stage process. The first is to identify the root cause of your loss of faith in yourself. The second is to change your mind about what this led you to believe about yourself.
New for 2008 we are running a one-day workshop to increase self-confidence. This includes the following:
How to be assertive without being aggressiveChanging your self-image to feel greatHow to overcome shyness in two minutes! How to stand up for yourself without a fightHow to say ˆénoˆ¢ without losing friends or respect

Chris worked through each situation to make it more 'approachable'.
Help given on public speaking.
Talking through life experiences that have caused me difficulties in the past.
What impact will this event have on your personal development?
It opened my eyes to the impact negative/worrying thoughts have in life and the waste of time this can be!
It was lovely to have time to think about how I feel and to get feedback about how other people view me.
What feedback would you like to give the facilitator?
Delivery of the course was done in such a respectful and sensitive manner.
Very insightful trainer. Showed enthusiasm towards each member of the group and gave such a personal touch - to each person.
An excellent, wise, experienced individual who was really easy to listen to.
Pushing candidates to partake in uncomfortable experiences has made us more assertive.
Loved the day and having the chance to talk through fears/insecurities. Really helped hearing Chris' strategies and ideas.
Made difficult conversations/topics much easier to discuss and grasp.
I could listen to Chris for hours - so inspired!
