Personal Support

From time to time we can all benefit from some support.

When we're right up against life, it's easy to lose our perspective, our objectivity ~ and our sense of humour.

Support from someone who understands our situation, yet is removed from it, can help us clarify, prioritise and achieve our objectives and restore better balance very quickly.

Our aim is to provide the most effective support only for as long as you need it, empowering you to get on with your life.

We offer this support in three forms:

Email Support

1. You describe your situation and the challenges you face.


2. We respond with some pertinent questions.


3. You answer these.


4. We then suggest strategies for dealing with specific issues and overcoming obstacles.

The first three stages are provided free of charge and allow you to assess the value of our support, which you can then opt to receive for a one-off fee of £15. If required, further support may be offered on a similar basis, but at no time will you be asked to make any ongoing commitment.

Telephone Support

1. You describe your situation and the challenges you face.


2. We arrange a suitable time to contact you.


3. We discuss with you the issues you have identified, seeking clarification of your objectives.
   We arrange a time to call you again.


4. At that time we suggest strategies for dealing with specific issues and overcoming obstacles, discussing these with you in detail.

The first three stages are provided free of charge and allow you to assess the value of our support. Subsequent telephone support is charged at £25 per session. You will never be asked to commit to more than one session at a time.

Private Appointment

If you prefer the idea of a confidential one-to-one consultation, just let us know when it suits you. We offer 90-minute appointments between the hours of 10am and 6pm for a fee of £35.

If you cannot commute to the Isle of Arran in a day, we offer three-star accommodation at our residential centre Belvedere. Due to its popularity, places are limited and it may be necessary to book several days in advance.
