Who are we?
Chris & Jan Attkins are committed to helping anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life.
With a nursing background, Jan has always been keen to provide holistic health care. She now offers a range of complementary therapies that treat mind, body and spirit.
Chris has worked in the communication industry since 1969 and today supports individuals and corporate groups wishing to live and work more effectively.
Between them, Chris and Jan have three-quarters of a century of experience working for large organisations, establishing small businesses, employing others and raising a family. Both have studied psychology with gifted leaders in the field and both are qualified hynotherapists.
Chris and Jan have been running their personal development centre on the Isle of Arran since 1997.
